Training

Just read the match report, I agree with paying weekly. But it is not necessarily a case of people turning up and playing and winning, maybe if the whole team trained there might be some unity. If everyone trained we could work on things as a team and take that out on to the pitch. People that don’t train should not be able play, unless a valid reason. People that show commitment and effort to turn up training might show that on a Saturday. I think the same people are taken off week in week out, regardless of performance of others. Maybe it would be worth trying a new formation 4-4-2 we have nothing to lose now.
